This was the perfect venue for our wedding night. Renee and her staff were professional and accommodating right from the start. They made us feel heard and taken care of during the entire process. Joanna was AMAZING on the day of and took such good care of us. We could not have asked for a better group of people to support us.

Mildred and Jovanna are amazing and extremely helpful. I was planning my great grandmother‘s 80th birthday party all the way from Arizona. With me being so far, they were very accommodating with zoom calls and patient with my grandmother that was helping me make deposits. Reina was great in coordinating the time from start to finish when there was delay. She was very empathetic truly an amazing function, and I’m glad to have them Help and support me.

Terrace on the Park is a beautiful facility and my group "was" excited to host an event there; however, the receptionist that I had to interface with (Kathleen) was extremely rude and did not appear to understand that with her being the first person you see when you enter the facility, that she's a representative of the service that will be provided. I understand that anyone can have a bad day, but that does not give you a reason to make everyone have a bad day. Not sure if she's received any training in her role, but she alone will be the reason why I will not look at using this facility again.

Thanks to Mildred Henriqez, who for the last couple of months was like part of our family, working hard behind the scenes to make our Quinceañera party a dream come true. Also, Jorge, the maitre'd and his team who made the night of the event run perfectly smoothly from begining to end. In the Regency Ballrom anything you can imagine is possible. Its a beutiful space. And the food was amazing.
